365 ATHLETICS

Athletic Conditioning:  Ages 10+yrs

Our Athletic Conditioning program, is a customized workout plan based on the athletes goals and initial assessment- Our program is designed to become faster, stronger and more flexible all while increasing nutritional awareness and preventing injuries with proper form training. 

Athletic Stretch:

 Athletic Stretching is a program designed to teach and promote proper stretching techniques with our Certified Trainers. Our Trainers assist with increasing mobility while maintaining control and strengthening the athlete. Athletic Stretching improves athletic performance by increasing range of motion, blood flow to the muscle, posture and helps prevent injuries. 

Athletic Strength:

A program designated to build muscle strength. 

 

 

365 FIT (Adults)

Small Group Training:

Assessments, Weekly Check-Ins, Form training, Nutritional suggested Plan, Personal Accountability Coach, full access to open gym hours with workout. 

 

Personal Training:

One on one guided workouts and nutritional planning specific for your health goals.

Open Gym:

Our gym is open for monthly and yearly memberships.
